I was born and raised in Oxnard, CA and attended Cal State Northridge. I began work in the appraisal industry in 1992 while still in college. In 1998, I ventured out on my own and Channel Islands Appraisals was born. After 25 years, I am still here, serving the community I was raised in and loving what I do. I am married with grown children and two grandkids. I love reading, hiking, meditating, practicing yoga and all things nature related.
